Attention all seniors graduating in 2023 from an Alameda high school! Apply today for a $1,500 Alameda Chamber Foundation scholarship. The final deadline is Tuesday, April 11, at 11:59 p.m.
The Alameda Chamber Foundation will award 14 scholarships to exceptional graduating seniors in Alameda who are planning to pursue a degree/career in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math. The $1,500 scholarships may be used to help fund educational and career goals.
Although the scholarship aims to award funding to minority students who have been traditionally underrepresented in the sciences, all seniors who attend high school in Alameda may apply. There is no GPA requirement.
All applicants:
- Must be graduating high school seniors planning to further educational or career goals by attending a two- or four-year college or technical, vocational, or apprenticeship program.
- Must demonstrate academic persistence and dedicated service to Alameda.
- Must attend high school in Alameda.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551
