Falls are the leading cause of injury among adults aged 65 and older, with one in four experiencing a fall each year. To help prevent these falls, Spectrum Community Services is offering two fall prevention classes, starting January 6 at Mastick Senior Center, 1155 Santa Clara Avenue. The classes aim to reduce falls by empowering seniors to stay strong, steady, and confident.
