Claymation plays rough, morphs into solid geometry quiz

Alameda Post - a math diagram of a perfect cube that transforms into a sphere.

Tristan has a large wad of modeling clay which he forms into a perfect cube.

The cube has a total surface area of 1507.451693 square centimeters. Because of caprice on the part of the cubist artist, it is reformed into a perfect sphere.

Find the surface area of the perfect sphere.

A correct answer sent to [email protected] could win a Tucker’s gift card.

Last week’s winner was John Lovato with Area = 331,830.724 square centimeters.
