Chinyakare PAL in the Parks Photos

On Saturday, August 20, 2022, the Chinyakare Ensemble (website) performed at Jean Sweeney Park. Chinyakare provides audiences with a glimpse of the beauty, excitement, and spirit of traditional African dance and song. The PAL (Performance, Arts, and Learning) in the Parks series is a partnership between Rhythmix Cultural Works and the City of Alameda’s Recreation and Parks Dept.
