Applications are now open for the Alameda County Arts Commission’s 2025 ARTSFUND Grant Program, which supports Alameda County-based nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. Standard grant awards are $2,000 to $3,000 each, and may be used to support programs, general administration, and operating expenses.
The online application deadline is Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 5 p.m.
The ARTSFUND Grant Program supports all types of arts and cultural programs, including visual arts, dance, music, theater, literature, media arts, and other related forms presented by nonprofit organizations. Last year’s ARTSFUND program awarded grants to 120 nonprofit organizations throughout the county, including the following from Alameda: Alameda Civic Ballet, Alameda Native History Project, Beast Crawl Literary Festival, and Rhythmix Cultural Works.
Arts Commission staff will present two free webinars to assist applicants. The webinars, which will contain the same content, will take place via Zoom on Friday, December 13 at 1 p.m., and Friday, January 17, also at 1 p.m. Registration is not required. The webinars may be accessed via a Zoom link or by using Zoom Meeting ID 821 1659 9683 and Zoom Meeting Passcode 901094.
