Feathered Outlaw Celebrating 10-Year Anniversary With Magickal Night Market

Feathered Outlaw, a popular “sacred space and lifestyle boutique” at 1506 Webster Street, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special Magickal Night Market on Friday, April 24, 5 to 9 p.m.

The free event, which is sponsored by the West Alameda Business Association, will feature a curated lineup of local vendors, desserts by Hannah Siddiqui, Fairy Hair Styling by Marguerite, DJ Kiwi, a Fabula Tea tasting experience, $20 tarot readings, complimentary libations, and hourly raffles throughout the evening, according to the invitation on the Feathered Outlaw website. A limited edition tote will be available to purchase—it’s “big enough to hold all of your witchy necessities, herbs, gym goodies, and more,” the store promises.

The anniversary celebration is free, pet-friendly, and open to all ages. An online RSVP is appreciated.

“Come solo, bring your coven, or the family,” the invitation offers. “We will also have raffles and quite a few other surprises up our sleeves.”

Feathered Outlaw is “designed for discovery, self-care, and empowerment,” the website states. “Our thoughtfully curated offerings and expert services provide the support and inspiration to deepen your journey. … Our goal is to provide a space that offers both holistic and Magickal solutions to facilitate spiritual growth within oneself.”

Founder Marie Ortega is the “heart behind Feathered Outlaw, a sacred space devoted to modern mysticism, intentional living, and magickal transformation,” the website states. She comes from a lineage of “gifted witches and medicine women whose wisdom continues to guide her path.”

Through Feathered Outlaw, Ortega is dedicated to “cultivating a safe and empowering space where people of all backgrounds can gather, learn, and thrive through holistic and magickal practice. Her work centers on creating meaningful community spaces & experiences.”
