Filipino R&B Kamayan Brunch

Saturday, June 13

The incredibly popular Filipino Island Fest is set for October 3, 2026, and you can help make it happen. Head over to Faction Brewing, 2501 Monarch Street on Saturday, June 13 for a delicious fundraiser. The Filipino R&B Kamayan Brunch will be serving fantastic eats from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

June 12 is Independence Day in the Philippines, so the kamayan brunch comes at a perfect time. The meal will be served in the traditional Filipino style of dining, where food is laid out on banana leaves and shared together with one’s hands. “This isn’t just brunch,” states the event description. “It’s a celebration of Filipino culture, connection, and community.”

Please reserve your spot online in advance. Tickets for the fundraiser are offered on a sliding scale of either $65 or $80 per person. One drink is included in the price of your ticket. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards Filipino Island Fest 2026.
