West is the kind of dog most people are searching for, yet he often gets overlooked in the shelter. Give this two-year-old a chance and he will charm everyone in your orbit with his friendly, easy-going personality.
This sweet big guy is the perfect balance of youthful energy and chill companion. West has energy, but nothing over the top. He walks well on leash, is affectionate, and plays well with other dogs.
At meet-and-greet events around Alameda, he has been fantastic with people and behaves well in bustling scenarios. He would be a great family dog. As you can see in the video and the photo of him with his bear, he loves toys and is just the sweetest fellow.
