First Friday at Corica Park Golf Course

Friday, January 3

Start a new tradition in 2025 with First Friday at Corica Park Golf Course, 1 Clubhouse Memorial Road. They’re kicking off a year of monthly festivities with a party on January 3 from 3 to 6 p.m. The event is free to attend, open to the public, and has on-site parking.

Corica Park First Fridays are designed for the whole family—golfers and non-golfers alike. Enjoy tamales from Preacher’s Daughter, play a variety of lawn games, and check out the cash bar stocked with Almanac beer, Maker wine, and seasonal holiday specials.

Feeling competitive? Check out the Top Tracer competition, which will open on January 1 and close at 5 p.m. on January 3, during the First Friday celebration. Similar to how you might play at the popular chain Topgolf, Corica Park’s system will track balls that you—and other competitors—hit at the Range. Beginners are encouraged to participate and are welcome to rent equipment. The cost to participate in the Top Tracer competition is included in the price of balls at the Range. Winners will receive gift cards redeemable for a variety of items at Corica Park, including a round of golf, merchandise at the Pro Shop, or time on the Range.

On the first Friday of each month, Corica Park partners with a local agency, nonprofit, or business to strengthen local community ties with their First Friday events. Net profits from this month’s First Friday will benefit the Alameda Post. Learn more about Corica Park and their mission on their website.
