Summer Meals Program Provides Free Lunches for Kids and Teens

Alameda Unified School District’s Summer Meals program offers free, nutritious breakfasts and lunches to all kids and teens throughout the summer. There is no enrollment requirement, nor is any registration or identification required.

All youth may get free meals at five different locations in Alameda throughout the summer: Alameda Boys & Girls Club, 1900 Third St.; Alameda Point Collaborative, 677 West Ranger Ave.; Shinsei Garden Apartments, 401 Stargell Ave.; Academy of Alameda, 401 Pacific Ave.; and Ruby Bridges Elementary School, 351 Jack London Ave.

Many kids will be happy to know that Domino’s pizza is served every Monday.
