Find Furry Forever Friends From FAAS

Have you been thinking about giving a shelter animal a place in your heart and home? This Friday and Saturday, Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter [1] (FAAS) is going to make it extra easy, inexpensive, and fun to do!

On July 7 and 8, from noon to 4 p.m., FAAS will host an adoption fair right outside its shelter at 1590 Fortmann Way. There will be some big discounts on adoption fees, a huge selection of amazing dogs and cats—and the cutest kittens ever—along with free adopter goody bags from See Spot Run [3]. To help make room in the shelter, which is filled with animals hoping for someone to love, dog adoption fees will be more than half off (just $55), and you can get two cute kittens for the price of one adoption fee ($111).

See Spot Run will have a trainer on hand to answer any questions about our adoptable pets. And as always, FAAS will reimburse up to $200 worth of training for adopters.

The pet of your dreams may be waiting for you right now at FAAS. And this extra special adoption fair is a great time to finally meet him/her.
