Seniors, People with Disabilities Asked to Take Paratransit Survey

Each year, Alameda residents who are older or have disabilities are asked to complete an online survey to determine if the City’s transportation programs are meeting people’s needs. This year’s online paratransit survey [1] will be available until Monday, November 13. Printed copies are available at all Alameda libraries and the Mastick Senior Center or may be requested by calling 510-747-7513.

Survey forms, information about Alameda’s transportation programs, and other resources such as East Bay Paratransit and a mobility device breakdown service are available at AlamedaParatransit.com [5]. These services are funded by Measures BB transportation sales tax dollars, which are administered by the Alameda County Transportation Commission.
