Browse till you’re drowsy with five different markets!
If you’re in need of some retail therapy, this is your weekend. On Friday, June 5, join Alameda Pride at Alameda Brewing for a vendors market, drag, and beer when their First Fridays [1] cross over. Then on Saturday, June 6, shop artists, vintage curators, and more at the Two Marys’ Makers Market [2]. More great finds are in store at the Harbor Bay Community Center with the Island Cat Resources and Adoption 2026 Spring Fling Sale [3] on Saturday and Sunday, June 6 and 7. This weekend marks the first Sunday of the month, so of course you can also hunt for a bargain at the Alameda Point Antiques Fair [4]. Don’t forget the regularly scheduled Alameda Farmers’ Market [5] on Saturday, June 6 and Tuesday, June 9 at 710 Haight Avenue—now featuring delicious summer fruits. This week also kicks off the Downtown Alameda Farmers’ Market [6] at 2324 Alameda Avenue on Thursdays through August 6!
First Fridays @ Alameda Brewing: PRIDE Edition
Friday, June 5
TGIF! Head to Alameda Brewing, 1716 Park Street, to celebrate the start of the weekend with festivities from 6 until 9 p.m. This month, Alameda Brewing’s First Fridays [1] celebration is a collaboration with Alameda Pride’s Out on the Island [8] event series.
Event organizers promise art, music, beer, and drag, with more details on vendors, artists, and food [1] coming soon. While you’re enjoying the evening, try a Rainbow Ripper—a brand new 6.5% West Coast IPA brew. Some of the proceeds from sales will benefit Alameda Pride.
You don’t need to RSVP for First Fridays, and there is no cover charge. Alameda Brewing is a family-friendly taproom, and well-behaved dogs are allowed both in the taproom and on the patio, as long as they are on a leash and with their humans.
Two Marys’ Makers Market
Saturday, June 6
One of Alameda’s most charming waterfront shops is throwing a market, and you’re invited. Drop by the Two Marys’ Makers Market [2] on Saturday, June 6 to see what’s in store. The market will take place in the large parking area near Alameda Marina behind Launch Apartments, 1815 Clement Avenue, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Bay Area makers, artists, vintage curators, and food vendors are gathering to create a curated, one-day shopping experience. Browse handmade ceramics, check out one-of-a-kind jewelry, and peruse artwork. Fashionistas can find unique vintage and handmade clothing and wares from Pretty Penny Clothing [10], Lady Bug Vintage Collab [11], and more. Pick up fresh-baked Korean salt bread [12], sip a cup of Chai [13], and browse Two Birds From Alameda [14], Heliotrope skincare [15], and other local vendors.
The market is free to attend, and limited parking is available. If you can’t make it this weekend, be sure to check out Two Marys’ Mercantile’s [16] fabulous storefront at 2021 Alaska Packer Place (Suite 112) to shop a curated collection of homegoods, decor, and thrifted clothing.
Spring Fling Sale
Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7
Get ready to shop for a great cause at the Island Cat Resources and Adoption (ICRA) 2026 Spring Fling Sale [3] at the Harbor Bay Community Center, 3195 Mecartney Road. To shop the fundraiser, stop by on Saturday, June 6, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, June 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Your spring shopping spree will support ICRA’s lifesaving work [18] with free-roaming and unowned cats [19] in Alameda and Oakland. Since 1994, ICRA has spayed or neutered more than 22,000 cats. When possible, cats and kittens are put into a foster program and adopted into loving families. ICRA’s Garden Cat [20] program matches extremely shy outdoor kitties with loving and patient homes to roam. Check out the website [21] for ways to get involved.
