Una Ofrenda Musical – A Musical Altar for Our Muertos
The Alameda Free Library welcomes participants of all ages to dance and sing with Cascada de Flores on a musical journey sharing Días de Muertos traditions from Mexico and Central America. Attendees will send messages for their muertitos on barriletes (kites), learn about calaveras (sugar skulls), and build an ofrenda (altar) with music, dance and memories.
This free, 45-minute family presentation is brought to you by the Friends of the Alameda Free Library. No registration is required.
